Post [Program Enhancement] Adding Empty Book
calibre is a most EXCELLENT program!

1) After adding an empty book from an author in the database have the focus moved to the new entry vice staying in the initial location.

2) When adding an empty book from an author in the database allow selecting series, if one exists.
