Another thing to look at is Veoh's Veoh Software.(http://www.veoh.com/veohTV/download.html)

It has access to all the Hulu content, and previously you did not even need to run a Proxy to get the content.

Now, I haven't run it in a while, but its worth checking out. I personally find the interface easier to use then Hulu's own.
