That's true for all languages, except for French, for which they licensed a no-name dictionary instead of one of the
Robert or
Larousse dictionaries.
Nevertheless, I'd still vote for the Kindle, because it's relatively easy to create new look-up dictionaries for almost any language combination for which bilingual word lists with sufficient entries exist.
