Very pretty floor, Ricky. Concrete isn't a floor material of choice here, probably partly because of salt, partly because the floors we live on are above the basement and would take a
lot of extra support if made of concrete.
But I might consider sealing the basement floor. It does leak in rainy weather, and sealing it might help. Then again, the thought of having to move everything in the basement....
