Are you using the primarily American gutenberg site (http://www.gutenberg.org/) or the Canadian site (http://www.gutenberg.ca)?

gutenberg.org has more titles, but http://www.gutenberg.ca has newer titles due to generally shorter Canadian copyright terms. It's fine for you to use "our" site, but we would be on shaky legal ground downloading some of the books on yours.
