Hi Alex,

Could I ask you please, to "follow the rules" and replace (or add) the new version in the first message of the original thread? Just go to the original message, click the "Edit" button, then "Advanced", then "Manage Attachments" to upload a new attachment or delete the original one.

If you start a separate thread for a new version we end up with multiple entries for it in our e-book index, which is undesirable.
