Better way (especially if the Tray Icon is enabled), is to use Ctrl-Q.
A good reason TO enable the tray Icon is: You are running the content server and do not want to accidentally shut THAT down. To do that, you must use Ctrl-Q or the right-click on the Icon: 'Quit'
