I got round to checking the food at the LRB tent -- it looks like it is basically sandwiches or cake (*). There are salads available from a different bar across the way in the BookShop Tent, that you could take across. If you are here earlier, you may be able to get some soup or stoup from the Speigeltent, but I think that finishes about 6pm.
If you're planning on coming it would be good if you drop me a note/private message (with an idea of the time you hope to turn up) so that I can grab a large enough table, if you haven't already.
I'll try and upload so pictures of the venue over the weekend. We have had a bit of rain of later here, though we've also had, sun, gales and well, typical Edinburgh weather.
(*) Is there a queen handy who can say "let them eat cake"?
