Well known issue! It's more of a server side issue than client.

There are a few threads discussing thiis, and I for one had luck solving it via use of SQL table updates on the Kobo itself. See https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=199831 for another thread and what I did to resolve my issues.
