You guys are all OK, but almost everyday I run into someone in need of this advice. So I figure if I upload it here, eventually it will make it's way into every Reader on the planet. Then all will be well and good.

(And, no, this is not a direct response to recent J. Swift upload by the irrepressible Madam B.)

G. Washington didn't invent these, but he is famous in America for having memorized these and copied them out long-hand in his youth. We like to think it had some impact on his character as an adult and statesman.
