I often come across narrow-minded individuals on internet that after all the given arguments still hold on to their believes because they spent to much time nurturing them, its hurts to back down and say, shit I was wrong.

And no matter your opinion, fact is tablet market just keeps growing. In business and commercial sector. So clearly, it is not only for its "toyness" but for actual productivity.
If you can't wrap your head around the idea that people can be productive with tablets as much as with laptops/desktops I am sorry. Don't worry nothing is cemented in this life, maybe someday you'll have an epiphany.
