I have doubts if it is possible, or if there is a plugin to do it, or if can't be done.

I control of adding books, you can set what to do with books when they are added, and what to do with duplicates. But it is based in Title and Author.

Could it be, or does a plugin do to be based in other column?

I have some libraries, with the same id column. But it is very populated... and would like to find anything to merge duplicates with same id (but different format). It can't be based in title, cause books like 1984 are in Spanish and English versions, for example, and could mix different languages books.
