I agree with Howlingwolf's suggestion.
The free gift bundle system definitely seems to be still working-- I just ran through a couple of codes from another thread, and they worked fine.
The expiration on the gift certificate isn't today-- it's Dec 16, 2013 ( a year from today), and the general guess here is that once the gift certificate is generated, Baen will probably honor it.
I've double checked to make sure I sent you the correct 'unused' codes, and that seems okay. Please refer to the tutorials in the link I sent you, or look at the tips I just PM'd you.
If none of that works, if you can give us more details on what results you're getting, maybe we can help you work it out.
