I never found your recommended app where I could use it, but I did locate a website that allows you to download a free version of Perfect Viewer to your computer here. So I put it in my dropbox folder and dropbox allowed me to install it. It works just fine and now I need to figure out how to get comics to display the app's bookshelf.
