You're the original purchaser, do what you think is best.
Personally, I do find it a bit iffy when people just leap in and hit-and-run PM for stuff without ever posting in the thread that they intend to claim the offer, when clearly if they've read the thread at all to PM the latest code-holder, they should have seen how it was done. Unfortunately, that tends to not inspire confidence that the requester has any intention of returning to pass the codes on to the next person who asks.
