There is no Dec 2005, as you'll see if you read the 1st page of the thread.
I screwed up entering the email when I did the original purchase/checkout, so no code was generated to pass on.
I did email Baen Support, but I suspect that once their support person wakes up and gets to work, that's when all the bundles start disappearing anyway, as people on Baen's Bar were expecting it to happen automatically midnight yesterday, and are surprised things are still up.
