I saw a post somewhere on one of the other threads about Baen working on GMT. If I remember correctly, the suggestion was that the bundles might not be withdrawn until midnight on the 15th GMT which would be in about eight hours.
I can't say how accurate that is but it does seem to be looking that way at the moment.
