I use My kindle fire for many things Such as Email/web, grocery list app
Comic book reading.
fast access to my religious reference texts, showing my professional CG Illustration portfolio to potential clients ,
showing my animation Demo reel to potential clients,
Playing games like "shadowgun" and of course reading novels.
all on a touch screen device that fit sinto the thigh pocket of my "cargo pants" in the summer and the side pocket of my winter jackets(s)
