I read a message at Baen's Bar which indicated that their servers actually operate on GMT, so I suspect we may have until the end of the 15th GMT, since the 15th of each month EST is Baen new-release day. Unless my speculation that since they need to do a manual add for new listings, they also have to do manual removals and the person who's in charge of that is currently asleep is actually the case.
