Amazon has the Kindle version at $0.99 also. Several of her books are on special this month. I picked up Tarnished last week for $0.99. Maybe since they had it on special anyway, HarperCollins decided to participate in the All Romance promotion? I almost didn't bother to check the All Romance site today because I figured it would be a secure ePub which I can't read, but apparently the pdf doesn't have any DRM. It opened up on my computer just fine. Who knows, maybe HarperCollins is experimenting with no DRM.
