Blood of the Wicked by Karina Cooper is the 1st in her A Dark Mission series of witch-hunting adventures which appear to be on that fuzzy borderline between paranormal romance and urban fantasy (seem to have recurring characters and an overarching series action plot line, from what I can tell by skimming the blurbs), free courtesy of All Romance eBooks and publisher Harper Collins as their Xmas Countdown giveaway selection for the 14th.

This has a medium rating of 3 flames on the ARE heat index, and the series appears to be primarily f/m and contain no particular warnings (except for supernatural/horror content).

Currently free in DRM-free PDF @ All Romance eBooks until shortly before midnight CST on December 15th.
