keyboard shortcuts sigil
hi all, i realize this has been asked here before but i was unable to find a response - are there keyboard shortcuts for header tags? or if not, a way of setting my own hotkey for this on a Mac?

more generally, does a list of keyboard shortcuts for sigil exist anywhere? i was googling and found people asking the same question but couldn't find anything out there.
