It was all designed with your mind in mind, more doors and windows allow the
Escape Committee to exit stage left from any stage position. The Fire Department likes the arrangement as they can smash windows all day long to gain access to any fire that they might set in the course of "doing their duty." Then again think how much fun it would be to be a kid with a slingshot and a pocket full of stones standing outside that house while Ricky is in California.
