I've had 3 kindle paperwhites all with blotchy spots. My Kobo Glo is very uniform and even with no colors.
The only thing I am frustrated about is that I can't highlight from one page to the next and they don't save automatically to any kind of cloud like Amazon has. I really love that feature.
Also, no wikipedia entries on the Glo.
I guess I'll have to compromise these things for a better reading experience.
