Looks like they've changed their mind again. It now says "Kindle Price" and "Sold by Simon and Schuster Digital Sales Inc." But "price set by publisher" is gone.

I've seen minor price movements in some S&S books. Some books originally priced at $11.99 have dropped to $10.93.
