Problem creating catalog
Since updating to 0.9.8 whenever I create a catalog and send to my kindle the article section is missing. Now all there is is a list. I can no longer jump sections. Is there something I'm doing wrong. I've created a catalog at least five times and still keep getting this.

I like being able to jump from authors a to b and so forth. Help.
