I've been trying off and on with various versions of mobi2mobi and various books...I just can't get mobi2mobi to do ANYTHING.
Clearly I'm missing some key instruction. Can anyone help a(n apparent) dummy?
I have just been using the mobipocket desktop to make changes to my titles, and abstracts but I'm about to get a Cybook and I understand that those changes won't work in the Cybook reader: that I'll have to change them in the .prc file.
Let's say my book file name is book.prc. What I'm typing is:
mobi2mobi --title "MyBookTitle" book.prc
I get no error message, but nothing happens. My prompt comes back up and I open the file only to find it has the same title as it did before I ran mobi2mobi.
I'm getting a little frustrated. Other people seem to be able to make these changes...it must be "my fault".
Can anyone help?
