Oh, I don't know, sounds like you could be a carpenter or interior decorator or whatever. But your current arrangement seems great, and I'm happy for you. Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything I could do for 10 hours a week that would pay all the bills (especially while I have kids). Nothing legal, anyway.
