WPA2/PSK is a type of algorithm used to access your network. It was chosen by the person who setup your router (instead of choosing WEP which is weaker)

Yes make sure you entered the exact
case sensitive password. Also you may have a mac address limitation implemented by the firewall of your router, in which case you'll need to ask your router first to allow your device on the network. Your mac address can be found in the settings of your reader. If you are not sure how this works, talk to whoever set up your router to help. Good luck
