I started a customer service ticket this weekend. They contacted me after the sale was over and wanted a screen shot of the sale as proof. I didnt have one but did had email. The agent then asked me which book I was going to buy. I asked him if they were going to give me the discount for it and he said "I never said that." Great customer service Sony.
