You would have to clear out what you mean by use as a tablet.
Hold the screen in your hands, grabbing it at the sides and completely rely on touch to control it -- great on the sofa, in bed, etc. I also prop it up on a table, pull it close (no keyboard is in the way) and read the newspaper or a magazine. Touch is also much better for that, too.
