Amazon shipments don't really have an initial "processing" stage that adds additional time before delivery unless your item is backordered or something. If it's in stock, then it usually ships within 24 hours if it's a single item. If you order multiple items and instruct Amazon to combine items for shipping when possible (which is cheaper for you), then there might be some lag time while they combine the items. Other than that, as Blossom pointed out, your order submission page will give you the estimated delivery dates for each item, such as:
