You can put your book to any folder, as you like.
For example, I have 26 folder at root level - A,B,C, ... Z.
In folder A I have subfolder Azimov, in it - subfolder Foudation, and there are fb2 Azimov's books about Foundation.
Use fb2 and epub formats if you want to scale font reading the book.
If you can prepare you own pdf's, make their page size same as you Onyx's srceen size.
