Add me to the list of Wool admirers! I just finished the omnibus this morning and I loved it! The ending of Wool 1 was such a surprising twist it made me want to keep reading more. And the writing was really, really good. I can't wait to read the other two books in this series....and hopefully this author will keep writing sci-fi for a long time to come.

eta-Also, I'm a knitter, so I enjoyed the knitting references. However, I had to wonder why the mayor didn't just make a gauge swatch (and then unravel it so as not to be wasteful) in the beginning of wool 2 instead of worrying about choosing the right needle. If you make a swatch, you'll know you chose correctly.
