Thanks Harry, I keep forgetting about the MR library. I do have my original "A Child's History of England" from when I first downloaded it from eReader.com, but I'm absolutely certain that the MR library version will be much much more nicely formatted than my pdb-to-epub conversion without even looking at the MR library version first
.
I really should run through and look for MR library versions of all my PD books.
