I use Synchonize! X Plus, but I'm not entirely happy with it. The current version crashes when I try to do one particular operation -- I really ought to get around to reporting the bug.

I also looked ay Folders Synchronizer X, and I've just come across ChronoSync.

The important feature needed is a method of synchronisation that keeps a record of what files were present at the last synchronisation, so that it can tell whether a mis-match in contensts means a file has been added or a file has been deleted.

I couldn't find any free sync software that did this.
