Iceland's parliament is Riksting or Landsting or something along that line.
The accumulation of vowels make me think of Finland but their parliament is something different that I can't recall just now. Languages closely related to Finnish are the three Baltic countries, so if it isn't Latvia, it should be Lithuania or Estonia, I suppose
