Apparently so ... after all, you became an expert on Constitutional Law after attending just one conference in DC. Gosh .... and all I have to show for several years of study is a JD degree, several awards (including an American Jurisprudence Award related to 4th Amendment issues), and a viable law practice.
Really, up until I "met" you, I had a lot more respect for Canadians. You really put paid to that.
