As a general rule of thumb do not resurrect threads that have been dead for more than 6 months. Calibre is a fast moving, ever changing program and frequently the older the post the less it applies to the current version.

Without a doubt the person that started this thread over 16 months ago has cleared whatever hurdle he had at the time. Additionally that user hasn't logged onto Mobileread in over 2 months. Your well meaning post only served to clutter the current list of new posts.
