I always say if you get a Rept who is clueless or doesn't act like they care then wait till Amazon send you the little feedback form in your email. It shows up within an hour after your conversation. Click the No this didn't help me link and fill out the feedback form. After you submit it Amazon will ask you to contact them again because they really want to help you.
Why do this. It helps Amazon know what the repts are doing. I have filled one out and gotten a call from higher up from Amazon saying they were sorry and they did work something out for me. So fill out those forms!
