@mobilewilier: Someone here was in the same situation but in Australia, and Amazon customer service worked with him/her to get her a replacement unit and even refunded some of the shipping cost AFAIK.
The only wayto make the color blotches show less, is sitting in a very well lit room, which kind of defies the purpose of the PW light.
