It's not just a case of some people being "sensitive" (despite HarryT's insistence that this is the case?). It is a factor, along with the high expectations Amazon's press launch produced, but there have clearly been some quality control issues too.

There are an awful lot more 'good' screens though, and if you were to have any problem, there's no problem to return it for a refund, or exchange it for another.
