Icemonkey is a deal-until-sold-out site, and they have three varieties of the Kindle Keyboard available right now - 11/14/2012. All have free shipping. I have ordered several things from Icemonkey and although they are slow to ship, otherwise my experiences with them have all been positive.

These are not Paperwhite, even though some of the pictures sort of make it look that way.

All three models say that they are new, not refurb.
