Any suggestions for a reading software at Windows which uses ADE and is more lightweight/smaller than sony reader library?

Is it known if the kobo counts with its ADE 1000 or 1024 letters a page so I can use an windows software that counts exactly the same?

Kobo App/Software only support KePubs I think!?
