and goat cheese please ! and some parmesan for the pasta and risotto, and maybe some brousse for the 5 o'clock snack... and i like a nice tomme of the pyrénées as well. perhaps a st. félicien would be nice. st. nectaire is good too.

we're going to need more wine.
