If you are having SHUMs problems, then they are for you. Here in the US, they advert them in airports pictures of people talking loudly by showing them to have bullhorns instead of head. One such picture shows a doting mother with a baby with a bullhorn head. The person with the noise reduction headphones is blissfully reading her magazine right next to them.

Don't know about the wireless option.
