Can not patch from 0.6 to 1.0.1
Hello,

This is my first writing in this forum and i hope i am here right.

My problem:
I installed SkipStone 0.6 successfully but
i try to patch to 1.0.1.

My question is where i have to do the skipstone-0.6.patch file and how are the introductions to patch it then?
