No it won't ruin it, but it's still a good idea to go through a couple of full cycles from 0 to 100% to get the battery indicator settled properly.

I am flabbergasted this is 3rd Glo in just a few weeks... Sounds like your first one was fine, margins problems are usually book-related and not hardware-related.
