Hello, I have two Kindle 4 (FW 4.1.0 - 1615370055). One is from amazon.de (Germany) and it is up and running. The other one I bought at amazon.com (including the advertising feature). I forgot to register it in the states and took it to Germany and tried to register it here. Both Kindle's are visiable in my amazon account.

To make a very long story short: after 90 Minutes on the phone with amazon customer-care, I got some strange explanation about UTC/timezone and wifi issues.

I "updated" the US-Kindle with a current jailbreak and tried to change the hwclock/time/date from UTC to CET or DST.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot /UGU
