yeah. good call. I managed to get KDE to make some noises, without any massage of the underlying kindle sound daemon. So it is possible.
Really struggling to get Xephyr to switch to a 800x600 mode though.

I am guessing I need to invoke the underlying server in the alternate 800x600x0 (or whatever the exact name is, I will check) but I'm not sure. certain I could test more games positively if I can get this going. Thoughts gratefully accepted
